Funded children have the Option of attending Classes Mon-Fri @ the cost of £7/class or £35/week.
15 hour Universal Government funded place are available for eligible 3 year old’s Mon-Fri.
30 Hours Government Funded Place for eligible 3 year old‘s ie 9-3pm Mon – Fri.

Parents who only want the universal 15 hours free entitlement must not go on the website. This is still an automatic entitlement for 3 and 4 year olds.
If you are eligible for 30 hours childcare HMRC will be issue you with an identification number for the child (DERN).

3. NOTE: If the parents have more than one child, for example, twins, they will need to have TWO DERN numbers, one for each child.

5. When parents bring their reference (DERN) number, the provider will use the spreadsheet above to record the following details
i. DERN number this is the number the parent will bring to you
ii. Name of parent who is registered
iii. National Insurance number of registered parent
iv. The name of the child
v. The child’s date of birth (DOB)
Parents are prompted to update their information on a 3mthly basis by HMRC to determine on going eligibility for 30 hours funding.
