Our curriculum is arts-based, incorporating activities that spark creativity, including visual arts, drama, music, and outdoor learning. We also offer Italian language classes and Forest School sessions to help children grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually.

We welcome children aged 2 to 5 years old. Our small class sizes allow for more individual attention and a supportive environment. We run some activities with all age groups, and some activities separated into younger and older children depending on the activity.

Children are divided into groups based on age and development, with tailored activities to suit each group. This allows us to provide appropriate learning experiences for both beginners and those with more experience.

We are open 8.30am - 3pm, Monday to Friday and offer flexible sessions to suit your family's needs. Please contact us directly for more details on timings. We operate during term time only, with breaks aligned to local school holidays.

As a not-for-profit pre-school, our fees are designed to be affordable and transparent. Funded children are entitled to 15 hours or 30 hours each per week. Please refer to Government website for more information on your eligibility. Please get in touch with us for up-to-date fee information and to discuss any available funding or subsidies.

On street parking is limited but available, please use pedestrian access via Burton Road for entry.How to get here and public transport options
The Nest is conveniently located between multiple transport routes, nestled in a quiet area between Brixton and Camberwell. There are multiple public transport route options within 5-20 mins walk. Brixton Road buses, Brixton Underground station, P5 bus stop at Loughborough Rd, Loughborough Junction Railway station, and Denmark Hill Overground station. -
